About Us

We teach Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics, STEM.  It’s a holistic approach to a science education.

To give you an idea of our programs see the list below.

Bridge Building— Student will learn about bridge construction. Using common classroom  materials, students will build a bridge and test their work to learn if it meets the project load bearing requirement.

Smartcars – Students re-engineer radio frequency cars to be come smart cars.  Smart cars are those that can read changes in its environment.

Internet of Things — Students  learn how to control devices remotely using the internet

Rocketry – Student build rockets that fly fast.  A few key factors that impact a rocket’s performance are its weight, its shape, and type of fuel.

Simple Motors – Students learn what a motor is and how it works.  Students build and test motors.   Safety glasses required

Prosthetic Hand— Using common house hold materials, student create a moving mechanical prosthetic hand.

Bernoulli’s Balls – Student learn what makes things fly.  The four forces of flight and Bernoulli’s principal will be covered.

Bluetooth Racers – Bluetooth  has matured and now it is a very powerful and versatile standard.  Students will use Bluetooth technology and microcontroller hardware to assemble and race smartcars.

Squishy Circuits – Circuits is the name and squishy is the game. Students learn how to recognize different circuit types and measure current changes.  The circuits introduced are open, close, serial, parallel short circuits.  This project uses conductive and no conductive dough.

Infectious Disease — understanding infectious and non infection diseases through activities that teach health and safety.

STEM Literature— a discovery of  STEM through literature.  It teaches pre-K and K students about STEM
